Senior Brand & Campaign Designer (Remote)

We are a small, senior, AI-native brand studio based in Berlin. We work as a plug-in brand team for European companies, from DTC brands to B2B scale-ups. We're looking for a designer with exceptional taste, serious execution speed, and the ability to truly immerse in a brand and the business behind it.

What you'll design

• Performance ad campaigns for Meta and TikTok
• Brand assets and visual systems across a range of clients
• Slide decks (Figma Slides or PowerPoint)
• Reports, brochures and print materials, including print-ready files
• Bonus: web and landing page design

What you bring

• Taste and craft. You know the difference between great and just fine, can explain why, and execute at that level with pixel-level attention to detail.
• Figma mastery. Components, auto layout, variables and libraries are second nature. You work fast without cutting corners.
• AI-native workflow. You're fluent with tools like Higgsfield and Magnific, prompt imagery well, and use AI like Claude daily for concepts and copy. You try new tools the week they launch.
• Brand intelligence. You read the intention behind a brief, whether it's two lines or ten pages. You get into a new brand's visual world fast and elevate the work without leaving it.
• Business sense. You understand what a piece needs to achieve and think in positioning, audience and narrative.
• 4+ years in brand, campaign or agency design
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Strong Photoshop skills for retouching and compositing
• A feel for copy: you can sharpen a headline and judge whether words work
• Motion or AI video skills
• German language skills

• Full-time remote role as a contractor, starting with a 3-month initial contract and a clear path to a long-term contract
