Your role

As founding designer, you’ll build the design function from the ground up, directly with the founders. That means two things at once. You’ll work hands-on with the most visionary brands in European tech, own projects and client relationships, and produce world-class design. And you’ll do scrappy work too: fast execution tasks, unglamorous production, whatever the moment needs. You’ll work closely with our tech team to shape how design and AI work together, define our processes and culture, and build and lead the design team.

What we’re looking for

• I do not care about your CV.
• AAA: high agency, high ownership, high speed, highly ambitious
• Exceptional taste and the craft to execute on it, world-class output as the baseline
• A true executor: fast, precise, reliable, at a very high pace
• AI-native: fluent in tools like Higgsfield and Magnific, prompting imagery, working daily with Claude
• Figma mastery and strong Photoshop skills
• Brand intelligence and business sense: you immerse in a brand fast and understand what it’s trying to achieve
• Fluent English required, German is a strong plus
• Hunger to build, learn and change constantly, and to indulge in the process
